1932 LOCKHEED VEGA 5C SPECIAL CONOCO MODEL PLANE LIMITED EDITION 1992

Description

This auction is for a rare 1932 Lockheed Vega 5C Special Conoco model plane. Only 15,000 of these were made in 1992 by Spec Cast. This amazing piece is MINT in original box and plastic! The certificate of authenticity is still in the box with the plane. For one of the photos, I took it out of the box but not the cardboard casing to avoid
over handling and damaging the propellers. You can see the Ponca City, OK and Conoco on the side of the plane. This die cast metal plane has a beautiful baked enamel finish. On the box the history of the Lockheed plane can be found as well as a lovely copy of the Ponca City, OK drawing done by Wayne Huffaker. This is an absolute must have for any Conoco collector or Ponca City, OK history buff. Don't miss out on owning your very own piece of Ponca City history today!
