Miniature Dollhouse Fireplace with Detached Mirror

This item is a Miniature Dollhouse
Fireplace with Detached Mirror Mantle.  This item has been in my collection for over 20 years.
They are not the original pieces that match for this set however they do match very well.
Although this item has lived packed away in storage for many years, there are still some condition issues and is being
SOLD AS IS.
Condition issues include - all of which show be able to be seen in the pictures provided.
Separation of the white wood around the fireplace
The top mirror mantle does not lay completely flat on the actual fireplace mantle
Separation of the wood around the Fireplace and and some finish cracking inside the fireplace itself.
a little dusty
It looks like the manufacture could also be stamped on the bottom of the piece.
I believe this to be 1:12 scale as usual, however there are no markings to guarantee this.
The item (all together) is approximately 7 inch tall and approximately 5.25 inches wide 1.5 inches deep
