It measures a touch over 8 inches long. It is Heavily Stamped: COMPLIMENTS OF THE HOME INS. CO.---1853 FIFTIETH ANNIVERSARY 1903. It also reads: PAT. APL'D FOR on the Handle for PATENT APPLIED FOR. The Condition is Good with No damage and No repairs. It shows years of Great Old Patina and has some light use wear. You will be Very Pleased!
