SUPER COOL ANTIQUE CIGARETTE / CIGAR CUTTER! BEAUTIFUL!

Description

Just the neatest piece. In terrific condition with ornate scrolling on the front.  It is an antique
cigar/cigarette cutter that can also be worn as a pendant.  The top piece when uncovered extends it to cut.  It measures 2" by just under .5".
