    Not Cracked or Broke- Spring works--Name was Hard to make out-- but its there----see Pictures
    want to say the date is 1873-- but i cant say for sure-see Pictures
    7-3/16 " tall-- goes on a wooden pole---TAPERED END- about 1-1/16 Diameter at the end and gets smaller as it goes inward
